Hey, hello. Normally you would be listening to the latest episode, the one about an insider’s guide. It’s still coming, but we’ll arrive next week. Here’s why. Last week I was in a group that had a curveball thrown at us. It meant I needed to adjust what I was doing, look after myself and help others. So this episode was put on the backburner. I have spoken with so many people in the last week and repeatedly heard two words that describe me as authentic and genuine. Honestly, it would be harder for me to be anything else. I’ve always hoped that being full on me helps you be full on you. I now realize that those two qualities have made this easier. If you enjoy this podcast you want this in your lives too.

within a day it became clear the community around me needed two things to see and hear that I am well and have a way to show their support. I also heard some concerns, I might not be able to podcast your coach anymore. And I want to reassure everyone that I am not going anywhere. It’s to address these three concerns that I’m making this announcement today. First, I hope hearing from me reassures you that I am doing great and I’m happy. Secondly, podcasting will continue without missing a beat. Except for the season break I’d already planned. There’s one more episode to come in season one, the ADHD friendly Lifestyle Podcast. We’ll return four weeks later, in mid-May for season two. As for coaching, like the poster in my office says ADHD, we think more things before breakfast than most people think all day. I have no shortage of ideas, goals, and dreams to share and build. Please check out my website, ADHD friendly lifestyle.com. And when you sign up on the coaching page, you will be the first to hear what’s happening next. I’ve had many months to consider options. And I am now able to offer programming that is fully in alignment with what I speak about on this podcast, which is very exciting. Third, support for me has been heartwarming and I thank you.

The podcast continues to grow. Thanks for your sharing and subscribing. Please keep it up. You may have heard that I recently got to help with post-production and website work for the podcast. What you may not know is that I have a Patreon page, which can be a way we can support each other. My first goal is to have the funds to cover the cost of the podcast. The benefit of joining Patreon early on is that you can help me shape what’s offered at the different tier levels. Right now I have options for early access to episodes, a monthly group coaching call, and being able to suggest or vote on episode ideas. If you have ideas of what you’d like me to offer on Patreon, let me know that too.
